flamed Maple back with quilted maple sides, Maple neck, Master Class Black
Binding, Sitka Spruce Top, Abalone "Sea Leaves" Inlay, Abalone Top
Purfling and ebony buttons on chrome Grover tuners.
If you've followed my auctions or have read a lot of my listings since I started
this little company, you'll know that I am particularly partial to the Breedlove
C12. And when there's a Maple back and sides on there, well, I am just not
sure if it gets any better! And this C12 Pacific simpy reinforces that excitement
in me. It has a nice, even response with surprising resonance in the bass
for a small-bodied instrument. It looks like a work of art, but it's truly
a tool on which you can make your own art, and that's going to be true for
most styles of play save for the very heaviest of strummers.
